Eligibility for Refunds Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your photos or completing your session. Refunds may be granted if: The final delivered photos do not meet the specifications agreed upon (e.g., resolution, number of photos, or style). There was a significant error or defect in the photos due to our processing or editing. The scheduled photo session was canceled by the studio and could not be rescheduled. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for: Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after receiving the photos. Changes requested after the final delivery of photos. Minor imperfections or artistic choices that were communicated beforehand. Missed appointments or no-shows. Requests made after 7 days from photo delivery. Re-shoot or Editing Adjustment If you are unhappy with your photos, we offer one complimentary re-shoot or additional editing session within 14 days of the original shoot date, subject to availability.
